Request a return

Use our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include the order reference, the item and the reason for your request. Wait for authorization and the correct return address before sending goods.

Condition and postage

For change-of-mind returns, send goods unused and in their original condition with packaging and included parts. The buyer pays return postage for a change-of-mind return. Calvoxis covers applicable return costs for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

We initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Your payment provider may need more time to show the credit. Mandatory consumer rights apply.
